Before the event

Creating invitations, updating websites, raising awareness via social media, press and advertising are all part of the service. We can source memorable give-aways that enhance your key messages. We are happy to work with, co-ordinate any other third parties that are involved that are needed to make the event a success. We can also help source ticketing agents, photographers and other professionals need to manage the event

The Event

On the day of the event we work with you to ensure that the day is memorable for all the right reasons. We can help managing celebrities, VIP’s, media, co-ordinating other external agencies and of course ensuring the event is featured on social media.

Post Event

Our involvement doesn’t end at the close of the event our Event Marketing plan will also include a follow-up strategy. This may include sending review invites to the press, sending follow up emails to guests and maximising the event for social media purposes.
